SSH Group Ltd (ASX: SSH) has signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire 100% of Total Contract Mining (TCM), strengthening its mining services division. The proposed acquisition aligns with SSH’s strategic growth priorities, integrating key industry leaders Sam Baker (COO – SSH Mining) and Kevin Malaxos (Non-Executive Director). The transaction, subject to due diligence and board approvals, includes milestone-based consideration combining cash and equity. 

TCM, founded in 2023, specializes in underground and surface mining solutions, focusing on efficient, cost-effective production. The acquisition will enhance SSH’s mining capabilities by bringing talent, equipment, and execution under one entity. With experienced leadership and an expanded service portfolio, SSH is positioning itself as a key player in Australia’s resources sector, offering turnkey mining solutions and strategic growth opportunities.
