SRZ announces Share Purchase Plan to raise up to AU$500,000

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ) has unveiled a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) with the aim of raising up to AU$500,000, aligning with the terms set in the Placement disclosed on 20 October 2023. As of 25th October 2023, eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can participate in this SPP opportunity. The SPP offers new fully paid ordinary shares (SPP Shares) at an issue price of AU$0.009 (0.9 cents) each, mirroring the conditions of the recent Placement of Shares.

Under the SPP, each Eligible Shareholder can acquire up to AU$30,000 worth of SPP Shares without incurring brokerage fees. The company has the authority to reduce or accept excess applications in the SPP. The funds generated will be dedicated to advancing mining studies for the Heemskirk Tin Project, exploring Stellar's projects on the West Coast and NE Tasmania, including further drill testing at North Scamander, and strengthening working capital.
