Sigma Healthcare Upgrades FY25 Earnings Guidance.

Feb 07, 2025

Sigma Healthcare Limited (ASX: SIG) has raised its full-year normalised EBIT guidance for FY25 to a range of AU$64 to AU$70 million, an increase from its previous estimate of AU$50 to AU$60 million provided in September 2024. This upgrade is attributed to improved operational performance, particularly the successful execution of its new Chemist Warehouse supply contract, which commenced on 1 July 2024. The company has demonstrated its capacity to efficiently manage increased volume growth, contributing to the upward revision of its financial outlook.

However, Sigma's FY25 statutory NPAT is expected to be significantly impacted by non-recurring merger-related costs, including changes to existing performance rights approved at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). These one-off expenses will affect the final reported earnings. Sigma plans to release its full-year audited results to the ASX by mid-March 2025, providing further clarity on its financial position and performance.
