Richmond Vanadium Technology Limited (ASX: RVT) has released its Quarterly Activities Report, covering the period ending June 30, 2023. RVT, an Australian resources company, is focused on developing its Richmond Vanadium Project in North Queensland. The report highlights several key developments, including the appointment of DRA Global as the engineering consultant for the project's Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS). Additionally, a metallurgical sample drill program was completed to facilitate independent testing of RVT's patent-pending process flowsheet.
The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project's Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) were finalized by the Queensland Government. The BFS and EIS will run concurrently until the fourth quarter of 2024. RVT has adopted the World Economic Forum's ESG framework and engaged Socialsuite, a technology platform, to monitor and disclose ESG progress. In terms of management changes, Jon Price was appointed as the new Managing Director, while Dr. Shaun Ren transitioned to the role of Non-Executive Director. The company raised AU$25 million through its ASX listing to fund the Bankable Feasibility Study and other operational expenses.
