RooLife Group Ltd announces a new sales agreement for AU$1.25 million RLG beer in China

RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) shares an update on RLG Kangaroo Beer. The beer was honored to be showcased as the Official Beer of the AustCham Shanghai 30th Anniversary Event. As a result, the Company has secured a groundbreaking agreement with Henan Rock Kangaroo Brand Management Co., Ltd to ensure a minimum of AU$1,250,000 in beer sales during the first year of operation.

This agreement solidifies HRKB's commitment to manufacturing the beer on behalf of RLG and leveraging its well-established sales channels to market and sell the product. This partnership promises to be mutually beneficial, with a guaranteed minimum of AU$1,250,000 in sales during the first year and the exciting potential for continuous sales growth. The profit-sharing arrangement, with 51% going to RLG and 49% to HRKB, ensures that both parties are fully committed to the success of this venture. Moreover, the flexibility offered by the option to renew or cancel the agreement annually demonstrates the confidence both parties have in this collaboration's potential.
