Riversgold Limited (ASX: RGL) shared that it has received the first batch of assay results from its latest air-core drilling program at the Northern Zone Intrusive Hosted Gold Project, strategically located just 25 km east-southeast of the renowned Kalgoorlie Super Pit in Western Australia. Building on the success of its previous drilling programs undertaken in May, July, and September 2024, it has engaged Australian Air core Drilling to conduct this fourth program, which includes an additional 26 holes drilled in early November 2024.
In this recent campaign, it completed 1,545 meters of AC drilling, raising its total for the year to an impressive 8,971 meters of AC drilling alongside 1,363 meters of reverse circulation drilling. The AC holes were meticulously drilled until refusal, and its dedicated team of Riversgold geologists logged the cuttings in detail. Remarkably, the logging and ongoing assays strongly indicate a substantial gold mineralization event within this promising project area, further enhancing the potential for significant discoveries.
