Reward Minerals Ltd (ASX: RWD) has unveiled plans for a significant capital raising initiative, accompanied by the potential acquisition of the Beyondie SOP Project. The company is set to acquire 100% ownership of KLI and KLP, the primary entities overseeing the Beyondie Project's operations and assets, at highly advantageous terms compared to the substantial infrastructure value of AU$466 million invested.
To fund the upfront expenses associated with this acquisition, Reward aims to raise AU$22.8 million through an entitlement issue at AU$0.05 per Share, inclusive of one free attaching option for every two shares subscribed. This proposed offering, anticipated to be fully underwritten, amounts to a pro-forma enterprise valuation of approximately AU$28 million. The strategic transaction will enable Reward to expedite the development of the Reward Process, facilitating potential expansion into other SOP Potash projects worldwide. This strategy offers significant potential value for shareholders of the company.
