Reward Minerals Limited (ASX: RWD) aims to raise approximately AU$22.785 million through a 2 for 1 Renounceable Entitlement Offer, partially underwritten to AU$16 million by Lead Manager, RM Corporate Finance. The issue price is set at AU$0.05 per share, and for every 2 new shares subscribed, shareholders receive 1 free attaching option exercisable at AU$0.10.
The Entitlement Offer is renounceable, allowing shareholders to trade their rights from January 10, 2024, and apply for additional new shares from any shortfall. Funds raised will contribute to completing the acquisition of the Beyondie Project. Notably, all Reward Directors and the CEO plan to participate in full or in part. The Entitlement Offer, outlined in the prospectus lodged with ASIC on January 9, 2024, is partially underwritten by RM Corporate Finance for AU$16 million, with the potential for further underwriting up to the full subscription amount of AU$22,785,314, subject to securing additional sub-underwriting commitments.
