Powerhouse Ventures Limited (ASX: PVL) has announced a significant milestone for its investment in Revaia Pty Ltd, a natural capital portfolio company. At the time of writing, Revaia has signed a binding agreement for a 100% all-scrip acquisition by RegenCo Group Ltd, valuing Revaia at AU$24 million in equity. Post-merger, Revaia shareholders, including PVL, will collectively hold 32% of RegenCo on a fully diluted basis. The merger is set to enhance carbon portfolio diversity and increase annual production to 450,000 Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs).
To meet merger conditions, Revaia successfully raised AU$5 million in equity financing, with PVL contributing an additional AU$250,000. Upon completion, RegenCo will become a leading independent carbon project developer in Australia, targeting AU$20 million in annual revenue at full production. PVL anticipates its investment value to exceed AU$3 million, reflecting strong potential for growth in Australia's carbon credit market.
