Respiri Limited: Secures AU$6.5 million for US Expansion, Secures AU$20 million Commitment

Respiri Limited (ASX: RSH) an eHealth SaaS company specializing in respiratory healthcare management and remote patient monitoring, has recently concluded a private placement, raising AU$6.5 million. This capital raise involved issuing approximately AU$6.5 million worth of shares at AU$0.03 per share to both existing and new high-net-worth investors.

The offering was set at a 3% below the recent trade price and a 1% above the 15-day volume-weighted average price. Notably, a key cornerstone investor contributed AU$5 million, recognizing Respiri's potential for growth in the USA Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) market. Additionally, Principal Wealth Group Pty Ltd (PWG), a Sydney-based advisory firm, has committed up to AU$20 million to support future acquisitions. With this funding, Respiri aims to reach anticipated cash flow break-even by the second half of calendar year 2024.
