Regal Partners Limited (ASX: RPL) has reported strong financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024, highlighting significant growth in funds under management and profitability. FUM reached AU$18.0 billion, marking a 64% increase from the previous year, with a 25% rise excluding AU$4.3 billion from Merricks Capital and Argyle Group acquisitions. The Company recorded AU$1.9 billion in net client inflows, a 310% increase year-on-year, reflecting strong investor confidence.

Statutory NPAT was AU$66.2 million, while normalised NPAT surged 198% to AU$97.5 million. Performance fees of AU$84.5 million contributed to the Company’s strong financial performance. Regal Partners declared a fully franked 2H24 dividend of AU$0.10 per share, doubling from the previous corresponding period.
