RareX Limited (ASX: REE) has secured a key agreement with Narnoo Mining Pty Limited, a subsidiary of Deep Yellow Limited, to progress its Khaleesi Project. This agreement resolves access issues related to overlapping Miscellaneous Licenses on E39/2410 and E39/2415, removing the final hurdle for granting these tenements.
Additionally, licenses E39/2495 and E39/2496 have been granted following the required notification period. RareX had finalized agreements under the Native Title Act in July 2024, but procedural requirements led to tenure being officially granted on 30 January 2025. The company is now preparing for a high-impact drilling program, targeting the newly identified alkaline intrusive complex, with mobilization planned for mid-year. Meanwhile, access negotiations for E39/2494 are progressing and are expected to conclude soon. Heritage and flora surveys are set for February and March 2025, after which RareX will submit a Program of Work for final regulatory approval.
