Range International Secures AU$575 thousand Loan Facilities to Support ASX Reinstatement Efforts.

Range International Limited (ASX: RAN), maker of Re>Pal zero-waste plastic pallets, has established loan facility agreements totaling AU$575,000 with directors, management, and associated entities to strengthen its cash position. The loans are unsecured, have a two-year term, a 14% annual interest rate, and a 1% establishment fee on the first drawdown. These loans cannot be converted into shares and will terminate if ASX reinstatement, an Event of Default, or a Change of Control occurs. The agreements include standard warranties and representations.

The move aligns with efforts to have RAN's securities reinstated on the ASX. The company has engaged with ASX and submitted required documentation. Without reinstatement, RAN's securities, suspended for nearly two years, face delisting on 28 December 2024 under ASX policy for long-term suspensions. RAN awaits ASX confirmation for reinstatement based on compliance with Listing Rules.
