QEM Limited Ltd (ASX: QEM) announced the launch of a 1 for 3.5 renounceable rights issue at an attractive AU$0.07 per share, aiming to raise to approximately AU$3.0 million. As an added incentive, eligible shareholders will receive one free attaching new option for every two new shares subscribed with an exercise price of 0.14 cents, expiring on 30 September 2026.
This exciting opportunity is open to all eligible shareholders with a registered address within Australia or New Zealand who hold Shares on the Record Date. The Rights Issue will close on Tuesday, 15 October 2024, and eligible shareholders can apply for any shortfall over their entitlement. Additionally, shareholders can trade their rights from Wednesday, 25 September 2024. This fundraising endeavor is a direct result of the positive Scoping Study for QEM's Julia Creek Project, which showcases a distinct and commercially attractive project for on-site critical minerals refining in Queensland.
