Pro Medicus Limited Secures 8-Year, AU$16 million deal with South Shore Health

Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., has entered into a significant AU$16 million, 8-year contract with South Shore Health, the largest independent health system in Southeastern Massachusetts. Under this transactional licensing model agreement, Pro Medicus will deploy its cloud-based Visage 7 platform, including Visage 7's Open Archive and Workflow modules, across South Shore Health.

 This implementation will provide a consolidated diagnostic imaging platform, further enhancing South Shore Health's electronic health record (EHR) integration. South Shore Health, home to the 393-bed South Shore Hospital and renowned clinical affiliations, becomes part of the growing list of healthcare institutions opting for a fully cloud-engineered solution, a prevailing trend in the North American healthcare IT market.
