Playside Studios Limited: Secures Multi-Game License Deal with Warner Bros. Interactive

PlaySide Studios Limited (ASX: PLY) Announces a multi-game licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, a Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. subsidiary. This agreement allows PlaySide to utilize a well-known intellectual property to create two PC/Console game titles. Development schedules align with PlaySide's previous disclosures regarding licensed IP game development for PC/Console platforms.

Immediate initiation of development for the first title is slated, with a joint revelation about the specific intellectual property and game particulars scheduled for the first half of 2024. Under the terms, PlaySide will remunerate Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment with various license payments during the development phase, followed by a royalty share tied to game-generated revenue throughout the agreement's duration, which spans five years post the second title's release.
