Pengana Capital Group announces a global private credit joint venture

Pengana Capital Group Limited (ASX: PCG) informed the market that it has executed a shareholders agreement with Washington H. Soul Pattinson (WHSP) to jointly own and operate Pengana Credit Pty Limited to provide Australian investors with access to institutional-grade global private credit investments.

WHSP is a key Pengana stakeholder and an investment firm with holdings in a wide portfolio of assets across various sectors. Pengana Credit has received AU$200 million in seed capital from WHSP to develop a highly diversified portfolio of institutional-grade global private credit investments. Pengana Credit complements and enhances Pengana's worldwide and Australian strategies, which comprise unlisted and listed entities that invest in public and private markets.
