Partnership Agreement with Wintime Energy Group Company

TerraCom Limited (ASX: TER) has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Wintime Energy Group to develop the Moorlands Thermal Coal Project in Queensland jointly. TerraCom will be a full-service partner facilitating project approvals and operations, utilizing Blair Athol as a vital infrastructure and logistics hub for ongoing revenue.

TerraCom will provide comprehensive development, management, mining, logistics, and processing services for the Moorlands Thermal Coal Project. It will utilize existing infrastructure at Blair Athol to create a dual processing and logistics hub for both Blair Athol and Moorlands coal. TerraCom and Wintime plan to collaborate with regulatory authorities and technical consultants to target the first coal production from the Moorlands Project in FY26.
