Pacific Smiles Group Limited (ASX: PSQ) announced the resignation of its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Andrew Vidler. The Board sincerely appreciates Mr Vidler for his leadership during significant change. His efforts in navigating through multiple changes of control proposals and the Scheme process have been invaluable.
Ms Giselle Collins, Pacific Smiles Chair, expressed that Mr Vidler has been instrumental in unifying the team and ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to its patients and dentists. His ability to manage the business amidst the transaction workload while achieving robust financial results is commendable. The company wish him great success in his future endeavors. Mr Vidler will undergo a six-month notice period, during which the Board will collaborate with him to establish a final date. A market update will be communicated as the Board initiates a recruitment process.
