Oventus Medical Limited (ASX: OVN) announced that the company has signed a Distribution Agreement with its Canadian dental clinical partner, Open Airway Dental Solutions Ltd. Open Airway Dental Solutions Ltd is a privately held Canadian company focused on the marketing and distribution of products related to sleep dentistry. Under the agreement, the company has appointed OADSL as the exclusive wholesale distributor of Oventus products in all provinces of Canada.
Under the terms of the Canadian Distribution Agreement, OADSL may appoint sub-distributors and retailers at their own cost to promote the sale of Oventus products like O2Vent Optima, O2Vent Optima Mini, ExVent Multipack, ExVent Annual Resupply Packs, Oventus Connector Bands and Oventus Bite in Canada. The contract has a fixed term of 5 years unless terminated earlier. The company can also terminate the contract by giving one month's notice, or if OADSL becomes insolvent, either party can terminate the agreement.
