Olympio Metals raises AU$1.25 million to advance Bousquet Gold Project, Quebec.
Olympio Metals Limited (ASX: OLY) has successfully secured firm commitments to raise AU$1.25 million through a placement priced at AU$0.065 per share, including one attaching option for every two shares. The funds will drive the next phase of exploration at the Bousquet Gold Project in Quebec, following a 7,083m diamond drilling program that yielded strong gold intercepts such as 6.4m @ 6.54g/t Au and 1.5m @ 54.2g/t Au.
With over 85% of drill holes intersecting significant mineralisation, the results highlight the project’s multi-deposit potential within a major gold corridor near world-class mines like La Ronde and Westwood. The upcoming drill campaign will focus on expanding mineralised zones at Paquin and testing new targets to define a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). Olympio aims to leverage its improved geological understanding to accelerate discovery and enhance shareholder value across its high-grade gold portfolio.
