Nuheara Secures AU$4.4 million to Boost US Market Growth

Nuheara Limited (ASX: NUH) has announced the completion of a capital-raising effort, securing firm commitments from existing and new institutional and sophisticated investors. The company raised AU$4.4 million (before costs) through a placement at a premium to its last closing price. Notably, the Placement received strong support from Nuheara's three largest shareholders: Realtek Semiconductor Corp (Realtek), Farjoy, and Salter Brothers.

The funds obtained through the Placement will provide Nuheara with the means to expedite its commercialization initiatives in the highly promising US market. The company has already successfully launched its self-fit hearing aid, the HP Hearing PRO, which has received clearance from the US FDA. As customer receipts continue to flow and interest from US retailers grows, Nuheara has a significant opportunity to expand sales and production.
