Noble Heliums North Rukwa Exploration Permits Renewed by Tanzanian Government

Noble Helium Limited (ASX: NHE) has received a significant endorsement from the Tanzanian Government as the Tanzanian Mining Commission renewed six exploration permits for the North Rukwa Helium Project. The renewal demonstrates the government's confidence in Noble Helium's operations. As per the Tanzanian Mining Act, Noble Helium holds the right to convert these permits into Mining licenses upon discovery.

Additionally, the company holds six others North Rukwa permits covering an area of 815.6km², which were awarded in November 2021 and are not due for renewal until 2025. Noble Helium remains on schedule to commence drilling its initial two wells in the North Rukwa Project during 3Q 2023. These wells will focus on structures within the East African Rift System, presenting a combined mean Prospective Helium Resource of 16.5Bcf.
