NGS Secures AU$400,000 Funding for Growth and Expansion

Nutritional Growth Solutions (ASX: NGS) has successfully secured AU$400,000 in Convertible Notes subscriptions, a move that enhances financial flexibility for its strategic restructure program and progress toward achieving positive cash flow. The Convertible Notes, with a 12% p/a interest rate, grant the right to convert to fully paid shares at a 20% discount during the next Capital Raise, spanning a term of 3 years. Notably, TAKE Global, led by Kristy Carr and Dennis Lin, spearheaded the funding.

The collaboration with TAKE Global aims to leverage its USA distribution network and structure for business scaling and accelerated growth. NGS plans to utilize the capital to drive profitable growth, expand sales channels, and explore potential acquisitions.
