Nex Metals Explorations Ltd has completed an AU$ 1.5 million equity raise

Nex Metals Explorations Ltd (ASX: NME) announced the successful completion of an AU$1,530,000 equity raise through a share placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The raised funds will be strategically utilized for assessing development options for the Kookynie Tailings Project, JV expenditure on NEX-held tenements, working capital, and exploring potential value-adding acquisition opportunities.

NEX has received solid commitments from new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors to subscribe for approximately 42.86 million new fully paid ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of AU$0.036 per Share.
