The successful Entitlement Offer and Placement, supported by sophisticated investors and institutions, both new and existing, will empower Neometals to drive forward with its battery recycling plant building joint venture, Primobius. This will enable it to deliver its groundbreaking maiden plant for Mercedes-Benz, marking a significant milestone for its company. The validation of the process and plant supply business model at scale paves the way for it to offer commercial plants to its expanding pipeline of current and prospective customers and technology license holders.
