Nelson Resources Limited has successfully raised AU$2.25 million

Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES) successfully concluded a substantial AU$2.25 million fundraising through a two-tranche placement of 1.5 billion fully paid ordinary shares at an appealing AU$0.0015 each. Notably, each new share subscribed for includes a valuable attaching option, exercisable at an attractive AU$0.003 each and valid for five years from the date of issue.

These funds will be pivotal in driving its Western Australian gold and base metal projects forward and identifying and evaluating new complementary project opportunities. The company is poised to make significant strides in its strategic initiatives with this support.
