N1 Holdings Expands Funding Capacity to AU$380 Million with New Private Credit Fund
N1 Holdings Limited (ASX: N1H) has strengthened its capital base following the refinance of a AU$50 million facility and an upsize of existing funding lines, lifting total funding capacity to over AU$380 million. The company also launched the One Alternative Credit Fund, with AU$50 million in committed capital, complementing its existing One Lending Fund.
The new fund targets larger transactions and income-generating assets, broadening N1H’s lending capabilities to support loans of up to AU$25 million. Executive Chairman and CEO Ren Hor Wong said the initiative reduces the company’s cost of capital and enhances flexibility to capture more market share in the private credit sector.
The expanded platform leverages multiple capital sources — including balance sheet funds, managed mortgage pools, and warehouse facilities — reinforcing N1H’s position as a leading property-backed private credit lender in Australia.
