MyState Limited (ASX: MYS) has successfully completed its merger with Auswide Bank, creating a stronger regional financial institution with a broader customer base and enhanced service offerings. The newly combined entity operates under four brands—MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth—providing banking, asset finance, and wealth management services across Australia’s eastern seaboard.
With an AU$12.7 billion home lending portfolio, AU$9.9 billion in customer deposits, and a customer base of 272,000, the merger strengthens MyState’s market position and operational scale. Expected cost synergies of AU$20-AU$25 million per annum by FY27 will enhance financial performance, with positive earnings impact anticipated from FY26.
The newly integrated leadership team is set to drive business growth and streamline operations over the next three years. MyState remains committed to delivering value to customers and shareholders while reinforcing its position as a competitive alternative in the financial sector.
