MKL appoints Interim CEO, Mr. Simon Rabbitt, amid changes

Mighty Kingdom Limited (ASX: MKL) has implemented immediate management changes, appointing Mr. Simon Rabbitt, the current Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO), as the Interim Chief Executive Officer (Interim CEO). This decision is part of MKL's strategic focus on fulfilling existing contracts, developing ongoing projects, and evaluating future growth avenues.

During this interim period, MKL is actively seeking a permanent CEO. Mr. Rabbitt, with 11 years of executive experience in Media, Sports, and Entertainment, held key roles in Rugby Australia and FremantleMedia - Australia and Asia. Rabbitt has been instrumental in restructuring MKL and driving its positive transformation over the past nine months. During this interim period, he will continue to fulfill his CFOO responsibilities with additional oversight and support from the board.
