Minerals 260 Acquires Bullabulling Gold Project, Eyes Major Growth

Minerals 260 Limited (ASX: MI6) has completed its transformative acquisition of the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia, following an AU$$220 million capital raise and re-compliance with ASX listing requirements. The company is set to resume trading on April 10, 2025, and begin an extensive 80,000m drilling program from April 16. The Bullabulling project, located 65km southwest of Kalgoorlie, hosts a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource of 60Mt at 1.2g/t for 2.3 million ounces of gold. With granted mining leases covering 293 sq. km, the project offers significant exploration potential, particularly at depth and along strike. Chairman Tim Goyder described the acquisition as a pivotal milestone, positioning MI6 as a future leader in Australia’s gold sector.
