Midas Minerals Ltd offers an update on Yellowknife Lithium Project exploration

Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX: MM1) reports advancements in its debut exploration season at the Yellowknife Lithium Project (YLP) in Northwest Territories, Canada. Following the September 5, 2023 announcement, Midas has obtained assay results for an additional 164 rock chip samples, validating favorable fractionation patterns in the pegmatite swarms.

The extensive exploration from May to late August 2023 comprised collecting 567 rock chip samples over approximately 300km². Midas has identified promising areas with fractioned pegmatite swarms, spanning over 58km of strike and encompassing about 70km² based on initial findings. With ten confirmed spodumene-bearing pegmatites, Midas intends to conduct additional infill sampling and mapping on these fertile swarms post the Northern Winter to define more drill targets, marking notable progress in advancing the Yellowknife Lithium Project.
