Factors influencing the market-

  • Hub24 Limited’s shares rallied after booking record quarterly net inflows of $4 billion, as per its latest trading update. Total funds under administration hit $113 billion as of September 30.
  • Oil prices fell 2% in the previous session as OPEC again lowered its outlook for 2024 and 2025 global oil demand growth while China's oil imports fell for the fifth straight month.
  • The Dow has closed up by 0.47%, the S&P 500 closed up by 0.77%, and the NASDAQ ended higher by 0.87%.
  • Hang Seng is down by 0.75%, and FTSE 100 is up by 0.47%.
