Sayona Mining Limited (ASX: SYA) and Chalice Mining Limited (ASX: CHN) are the top-gaining stocks, gaining 8.461% and 6.725% in their stock prices. On the other hand, Pexa Group Limited (ASX: PXA) and Neuren Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: NEU) are the top-losing stocks and are declining by 8.482% and 2.713% in their stock prices.

Factors influencing the market-

• The Australian share market is inching closer to a record high, tracking Wall Street’s rally as investors further position for the US Federal Reserve to start cutting interest rates next year.
• KMD Brands, dropped over 9% after its sales have fallen 12.5% below last year in its latest trading update.
• Oil traded near its highest close in more than two weeks as more companies steer clear of the Red Sea amid a spike in vessel attacks along the key shipping conduit.
• The Dow has closed up by 0.68%, the S&P 500 up by 0.59%, and the NASDAQ ended higher by 0.66%.
• Hang Seng is down by 0.75%, and FTSE 100 is up by 0.31%
