Mid-Market: S&P/ASX 200 Trading Higher; 360 Gained By More Than 10%

The Utilities and A-REIT sectors are the top 2 gaining sectors, gaining 0.43% and 0.35% in their index values. On the other hand, Healthcare and Industrial sectors are the top 2 declining sectors, declining 0.23% and 0.15% in their index values.

Life360 Inc. (ASX: 360) and Stanmore Resources Limited (ASX: SMR) are the top-gaining stocks, gaining 11.947% and 5.517% in their stock prices. On the other hand, Healius Limited (ASX: HLS) and Stanmore Resources Limited (ASX: SMR) are the top-losing stocks and are declining by 6.195% and 4.075% in their stock prices.

Factors influencing the market-

• S&P/ASX 200 is rising today after tech stocks, particularly Tesla and Amazon, helped push the Nasdaq higher amid mixed performance on Wall Street.
• Woodside Energy Limited’s shares are declining following it sold US$2 billion in the US bond market overnight, to be used partly to fund the US$2.35 billion acquisition of a clean ammonia project in Texas and the US$900 million purchase of a prospective LNG export terminal in Louisiana.
• Oil prices held at a 14-month low in the previous session as worries about demand in the U.S. and China and a likely rise in supplies out of Libya offset a big withdrawal from U.S. inventories and a delay to output increases by OPEC+ producers.
• The Dow has closed down by 0.54%, the S&P 500 closed down by 0.30%, and the NASDAQ ended highwe by 0.25%.
• Hang Seng is down by 0.07%, and FTSE 100 is down by 0.34%.
