Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX: MLM) announced recent board appointments. Effective 08 July 2024, Mr. Stephen Everett has been appointed the Independent Non-Executive Chairman, and Mr. Greg Starr as Managing Director.

The new directors, Mr. Greg Starr, Michael Chapman, and Stephen Everett, join Mr. Brad Sampson, who continues as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr. Stephen Everett has over 40 years of experience in management and boards within resources, construction, and real estate. Mr. Greg Starr has 20+ years of experience as a public company director, specializing in M&A, financial transactions, corporate growth, operational streamlining, and corporate governance.
