Mighty Craft Limited (ASX: MCL) announced that it had entered into an agreement with DB Breweries Limited and Better Beer Company (DB Breweries) to distribute Better Beer in New Zealand.
Under the phase one of the agreement, product will be manufactured in Australia and sold in New Zealand. Phase one will begin from the start date of the distribution and manufacturing agreement until 31 March 2023. While phase two includes local manufacturing in New Zealand and is forecasted to be during the first quarter of 2023, phase two will run from 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024.
