Marquee Resources Limited (ASX: MQR) has successfully completed an oversubscribed Share Placement, raising AU$829,153.14 at AU$0.012 per share before costs. Investors in the placement will receive a 1:2 free attaching option, exercisable at AU$0.05 with a 3-year expiry, subject to shareholder approval. The placement reflects strong support from high-net-worth investors and existing shareholders, highlighting confidence in Marquee’s strategic direction and its diverse project portfolio.
A total of 69,096,095 new shares will be issued, utilizing the Company’s share issue capacity under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A. Additionally, 34,548,048 options and 5 million broker options will be issued, subject to approval at a General Meeting in late February 2025. GTT Ventures acted as Lead Manager for the placement. This successful capital raising positions Marquee Resources to advance its strategic objectives and unlock further potential in its projects.
