Lykos Metals Successfully Raises AU$2.2 million for Expansion

Lykos Metals Limited (ASX: LYK) has secured firm commitments for a capital raise of AU$2.2 million, comprising a Placement of AU$800,000 and a 1-for-3 pro-rata non-renounceable Entitlement Offer to raise AU$1.4 million. CPS Capital managed the Placement, also appointed as Corporate Advisors. The Placement involves 26,666,667 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.03 per share. The Entitlement Offer, priced the same, consists of 46,688,890 new fully paid ordinary shares.

The issue price reflects a 16.7% discount to the last close and a 22.9% discount to the 15-day VWAP. Funds will support exploration, development, new opportunities, and working capital. CPS Capital will underwrite the Entitlement Offer. The offer, non-renounceable, opens on February 9, 2024, and closes on February 23, 2024, with major shareholders committing to subscribe to their full entitlements.
