Little Green Pharma Quarterly Activities Report Summary

Little Green Pharma (ASX: LGP) reported record revenue of AU$10.2 million, a 40% increase from the prior quarter, with cash receipts rising to AU$10.8 million (up 30%). Net operating cash inflow exceeded AU$1.0 million, marking a positive cashflow of AU$0.6 million for the half-year. The company expects annual cost savings of AU$0.5 million from subcontracting Australian cultivation.

European markets, especially Germany, the UK, and France, are driving growth, with flower and oil sales up by 60% and 110%, respectively, in these regions. New product launches, including the Indicare brand, further boosted performance. LGP maintains a solid financial position with AU$4.8 million in cash (up from AU$4.3 million) and minimal debt of AU$3.3 million. Notably, LGP is one of only two cannabis companies with positive operating cash flow and has achieved the highest revenue growth among peers with revenues above AU$25 million.
