Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) announced that Mr Craig Hasson will step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 23 December 2022.
Mr Craig Hasson joined the Company in 2019 when LTR was an exploration company and played a significant role in helping the Company put in place the key offtake agreements and funding for its flagship asset the Kathleen Valley Project.
Now, the Company is moving into development and then operations and Mr Hasson decided to step down from his position and give time to his young family. However, he will remain be associated with the Company in a part-time advisory role.
