Lincoln Minerals Launches Third-Party Funding Strategy for Uranium Assets

Oct 16, 2024

Lincoln Minerals Limited (ASX: LML) has launched a third-party funding strategy to advance its uranium assets on the Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. The portfolio includes high-grade mineralization and advanced drill targets, attracting informal interest for investment, partial divestment, or outright sale. Lincoln believes the current value of these assets is not reflected in its share price and aims to unlock potential through external funding.

The strategy explores options such as minority stake sales, partial divestments, or full asset sales, prioritizing shareholder interests. Proceeds from any transaction will be used to develop the company’s Kookaburra Graphite Project, with an updated Pre-Feasibility Study expected in October 2024. A comprehensive presentation and data room have been released to engage potential investors. Lincoln’s CEO, Jonathon Trewartha, emphasized that these efforts will boost non-dilutive funding and align with the company’s focus on critical commodities like graphite. Further updates will follow as the strategy progresses.
