Leadership changes amidst project development

Andromeda Metals Limited (ASX: ADN) has announced significant changes in its leadership. Effective immediately, Luke Anderson has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director because of health concerns. In his place, Sue-Ann Higgins has taken on the position of Executive Chair, and Sarah Clarke has been named the Acting CEO until a permanent replacement is discovered.

Mick Wilkes will continue as a non-executive director, preceding director fees until the financing for the Great White Project is secured. Higgins expressed confidence in the remaining leadership's ability to advance funding discussions and bring the project to fruition. Anderson conveyed his best wishes for the company's future, emphasising that his departure does not reflect the project's potential, as highlighted by a recent Bankable Feasibility Study.
