Leadership Appointment Bruce Peatey Named Chief Executive Officer
PolyNovo Limited (ASX: PNV) has announced the appointment of Mr. Bruce Peatey as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 December 2025. Bruce brings over two decades of international experience in healthcare, biotechnology, and medical devices, having led major markets for Dentsply Sirona across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Under his leadership, these regions generated over US$2.2 billion in combined revenue in FY2024. Educated in Australia with qualifications in Applied Science and an MBA in technology management, Bruce has previously held senior roles with Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, and Biosensors International.
His expertise in product launches, regulatory management, market expansion, and organisational transformation positions him well to guide PolyNovo’s global growth strategy. Chairman David Williams praised Bruce’s collaborative and pragmatic leadership style, noting his distribution expertise will support PolyNovo’s expansion into the outpatient care sector. Bruce will relocate to Melbourne to lead the company from its Port Melbourne headquarters.
