Larvotto Resources Limited (ASX: LRV) has secured a key offtake agreement with Wogen Resources Limited for antimony concentrate produced at the Hillgrove Project over the next seven years. Wogen, a global leader in trading critical metals, will handle exclusive sales of the concentrate, highlighting the project’s quality and market potential.
The agreement is supported by a US$4 million prepayment facility from XCLR Commodities Limited, advised by Xcelsior Capital. This funding will advance Larvotto’s Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), due in Q1 2025, and accelerate exploration activities to expand Hillgrove’s resource inventory. With a strengthened financial position, including AU$6.1 million from the prepayment facility and AU$8 million from recent option conversions, Larvotto is poised to expand exploration efforts significantly. The company is also evaluating options for a gold concentrate offtake agreement, aiming to capitalize on the strong gold market.
