Juno Minerals Limited (ASX: JNO) has entered into a share subscription agreement with Ida Metals Investments Pty Ltd, an unrelated party, to raise AU$818,754 via the issue of 27,291,789 shares at AU$0.03 per share through a non-brokered private placement. Following this placement, Ida Metals will hold a substantial 13.04% interest in the company. The proceeds will be utilized to advance Juno’s exploration projects and meet general working capital requirements.
The shares will be issued under the company’s existing placement capacities, with 9,097,263 shares issued under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 18,194,526 under Listing Rule 7.1A. The issue price represents a 15.4% premium to the 15-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) and a 20% premium to the last traded price on 23 December 2024. This placement reflects investor confidence in Juno’s ongoing initiatives and strengthens its financial position to drive future growth.
