Ironbark Zinc Limited (ASX: IBG) provides an update on its recently completed project acquisition and capital raising. Acquisition of Perseverance Brazil Project: The Perseverance Package, located in northeastern Minas Gerais, consists of 7 key projects in the geological extensions of the Lithium Valley. This area includes the towns of Salinas and Araçuaí, adjacent to the mines and JORC/NI43-101 compliant resources of CBL, Sigma Lithium, and Latin Resources. Perseverance comprises 27 tenements with an area of approximately 52,000 hectares.
These projects hold immense potential, not only for the discovery of Lithium-related minerals but also for other critical minerals, including Niobium. Ironbark's agreement to acquire the Perseverance Project for AU$100,000, payable in cash, to purchase 100% of Perseverance Lithium Pty Ltd, is a testament to our belief in the future of these projects. We are eagerly preparing to commence exploration activities on the newly acquired projects, a step that we believe will unlock significant value for our stakeholders.
