InFocus Group Holdings Limited (ASX: IFG) announced signing a multi-phase service agreement with GBO Assets Ltd, an esteemed entity based in Seychelles. This strategic partnership enables InFocus to harness its advanced data analytics and software engineering capabilities to create an innovative digital and social gaming product for GBO Assets. The contract's potential value over the next 24 months is USD 2.5 million, and project progression is linked to milestone completions and performance-driven objectives. Anticipated revenue of AUD 1.1 million within the initial three months following project launch, demonstrating immediate financial impact.

The initiative will be delivered through a cohesive service approach involving the Company's diverse business units: Trienpont, InFocus Analytics, and Prodigy9. This collaboration positions InFocus at the forefront of the gaming technology sector, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and value creation for its partners.
