ID8 sells 48% of Payble stake to OIF Ventures for AU$1.0 million

Identitii Limited (ASX: ID8) has successfully offloaded 48% of its stake in Payble Pty Ltd to OIF Ventures for AU$1.0 million, forming a pivotal component of OIF Ventures' broader investment in Payble. The proceeds from this non-dilutive transaction will significantly enhance Identitii's working capital, providing an extended financial runway through FY25.

Following the sale, Payble attains a substantial post-transaction valuation of AU$10.5 million, with Identitii retaining a 10% stake in the company. Simultaneously, OIF Ventures reinforces its commitment by injecting an additional AU$2.5 million into Payble for the acquisition of new shares. This strategic maneuver not only fortifies Identitii's financial position but also highlights the escalating value and collaboration within the Payble ecosystem, setting the stage for continued growth and innovation.
