Holista Colltech Limited (ASX: HCT) has appointed Mr. Leong Man Loong as its Executive Director and Interim CEO, effective immediately. This strategic decision follows a recent Board meeting in Kuala Lumpur addressing the company’s operational challenges, including the ASIC penalty payment and leadership needs.

Mr. Leong, Holista’s second-largest shareholder, brings over 30 years of expertise in corporate management, financial oversight, and environmental technologies. An accomplished entrepreneur and inventor, he currently serves as Executive Chairman of the SHEPROS Group and holds numerous patents in nanotechnology and green chemistry. Demonstrating his commitment to Holista's goals, Mr. Leong has accepted a nominal remuneration of AU$1 for the initial six-month term. The Board believes his leadership will drive operational improvements and help navigate the company toward a sustainable and profitable future during this critical transitional phase.
